There have been very limited studies have been done to explore and to integrate the Bhagavad-Gita (Vedanta philosophy) into leadership and none in the area of transformational leadership. In line with the growing urge of understanding Indian philosophy and leadership, this paper aims to integrate the Bhagavad-Gita (a part of the great Indian epic Mahabharata) and transformationalleadership, thepaper takes three gunas.
